Purpose of Use of Customers' Personal Information
Established on December 1, 2025
Blue Lab CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will use customers’ personal information (including customers’ Individual Numbers and customers’ personal information containing their Individual Numbers [hereinafter collectively referred to as “Specific Personal Information, etc.”]) within the scope necessary to conduct its business operations and to achieve the purpose of use, as outlined below, and will not use it beyond that scope. In cases where special restrictions exist on the use of particular personal information under laws and/or regulations, such as the use of the Individual Number under Japan’s Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, the Company will not handle that particular personal information for purposes other than that permitted under the applicable restrictions.

Business operations
of the Company
- Venture capital operations (e.g., sale and purchase of securities, underwriting of securities, management of investment partnerships), operations that venture capital companies are authorized to conduct under laws and/or regulations, along with operations incidental thereto
- Consulting operations relating to corporate management
- Other operations that the Company is authorized to conduct under laws and/or regulations and operations incidental thereto (including operations that the Company may become authorized to conduct in the future)
Purpose of Use of
Personal Information
by the Company
The Company will use personal information for the following purposes in connection with the products, services, etc., of the Company as well as the products, services, etc., of companies under the control of Mizuho Financial Group (note) and the Company’s affiliates and partners as handled by the Company:
- For processing applications for financial products, services, etc.
- For verifying customers’ identities as required by laws and/or regulations, along with confirming their eligibility for the financial products, services, etc., offered
- For managing ongoing transactions, such as managing the due dates of securities and financial product transactions
- For making decisions regarding applications for and the continued use of securities and financial products
- For judging the appropriateness of providing financial products, services, etc., to customers based on the principle of "Customer Suitability," etc.
- For providing personal information to third parties within the scope necessary to properly execute business operations
- For properly executing businesses entrusted by another business operator when all or part of the processing of personal information is entrusted
- For exercising rights and fulfilling obligations under contracts with customers or as required by laws and/or regulations
- For conducting market research and data analysis to research and develop financial products, services, etc.
- For distributing direct mails, etc., to make various proposals and provide information regarding financial products, services, etc., to customers
- For analyzing records, such as customers’ browsing histories and purchase histories, so as to send advertisements for new products and services tailored to customers’ interests and preferences
- For making various proposals and providing information on the products, services, etc., of the Company’s affiliates or other partners
- For proceeding transaction cancellations and conducting post-cancellation administration
- For grasping and managing various risks and carrying out transactions with customers appropriately and smoothly
Limited use of Specific Personal Information, etc.
- The Company will use Specific Personal Information, etc., only for operations of preparing statutory documents relating to the payment of consideration for the transfer of shares, etc., along with operations of preparing statutory documents relating to the payment of remuneration for attorneys-at-law, etc., out of securities investment operations. The Company will not use Specific Personal Information, etc., for any other purposes.
